Transferring Points

You can enjoy rewards that much faster when you transfer points into one INSIDE^® Rewards account. Simply transfer INSIDE^® Rewards points to another person’s account, or have your friends transfer points into your account. All Cardmembers must have accounts that have been active and in good standing for at least six (6) months to be eligible. You must have the Cardmember’s name and INSIDE^® Rewards number, as well as the person’s Card account number or Social Security number, to transfer points to his or her account. You cannot transfer points online. A minimum transfer of 1,000 points, with a maximum of 40,000 points, is required per transaction.

How to Transfer Points

1. Call 1-800-AXP-1092 to speak with a Customer Service representative.
2. After the Customer Service representative authenticates your personal information, inform the representative that you want to transfer points to another INSIDE^® Rewards account.
3. Provide the representative with the INSIDE^® Rewards account number you wish to transfer points into and the number of points to be transferred (minimum of 1,000 points, maximum of 40,000 points).
4. Wait for the representative to provide you with a confirmation number.
