Redeeming Points
The only thing simpler than earning INSIDE® Rewards points is redeeming them. You can
choose from two methods—online or on the phone. And you can redeem points for rewards in
New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles. The reward certificate or gift card will be mailed to your
billing address for added security and convenience.

- Browse the rewards section of this site to find the reward you want. You can search for rewards from a specific partner or scan all rewards, then refine your search to specific categories, point ranges, and more.
- When you find a reward that interests you, click on its description to read the reward details.
- Carefully review the reward information and restrictions.
- Select your reward and enter the total number you want to receive. Click "REDEEM NOW" to complete the process.
- If you're not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your User ID and Password before any points can be redeemed.
- Remember to print the "Thank You" page as your confirmation. This will be the only record of your transaction until your reward certificate or gift card arrives in the mail.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for your reward certificate or gift card to arrive.

- Call 1-800-AXP-1092 and select the option to redeem points.
- After the Customer Service representative authenticates your personal information, tell him/her which reward you would like.
- Wait for the representative to provide you with a confirmation number. Write this number down, as it will be the only record of your transaction until your reward certificate or gift card arrives in the mail.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for your reward certificate or gift card to arrive.
